Tartuffe is an amazing French comedy that hilariously reveals the absurdities of religious hypocrisy! The story follows a cunning fraud who manipulates wealthy Orgon into giving away his fortune and marrying his daughter. He ingratiates himself with Orgon plots to seduce Elmire, and nearly takes over the estate! Thankfully, the King intervenes, exposing Tartuffe's deception and restoring order!
