ABOUT ME

Hello! My name is Brittny Daboll, and I am a 24-year-old versatile actress, playwright, and makeup-artist based out of Boulder, Co. 

I am a firm believer that theatre comes from a battle between the ordinary and the extraordinary. The story revolves around an extraordinary person on an ordinary day or (my personal favorite) an ordinary person on an extraordinary day. I believe that this battle between everyday life and unusual circumstances creates the story that makes the audience feel, think, and reach their catharsis.
I was born and raised in Southern Colorado. It was here, in middle school, that I first started participating in theatre, loudly belting songs from the chorus of Schoolhouse Rock Live, Jr. and fell in love with the power of performance. I have found a way to be involved ever since. Whether I was on stage, building sets, or directing I made sure to find a way to make theatre that I loved. Believe it or not, the first Shakespeare play I was ever cast in was Macbeth, as Lady Macbeth! I was blessed to step into an extremely powerful role as a junior in high school. This started me on a love for Shakespeare that I have refused to let go. I love performing.
